Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to services provided by Design Kuthir. It does not cover third-party tools, services, or external
links accessed through our platforms.

Eligibility for Refunds

Design Kuthir does not provide full refunds once a project has commenced. However, partial refunds may be considered within 14 days of project initiation under specific circumstances. Clients are required to cover costs related to team efforts, tools, plugins, or software acquired for their project.

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Development or post-sales processes have not started.
  • Issues with the project cannot be resolved within its scope.
  • Payment terms have been adhered to.
  • Confidential information obtained during the project has not been used for personal or financial gain.
  • The refund request is reasonable, valid, and supported with evidence.
  • The claim is not associated with disputes involving your bank or payment provider.

Note: Breach of any of these criteria will render the refund request invalid. Refund decisions
are final and non-negotiable.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the service and package selected, as outlined on our service pages. Extensions may occur due to project complexities or client revisions, and updates will be communicated promptly. Please note that delivery timelines are counted in business days, not calendar days.

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Email us at contact@designkuthir.com with all relevant details and evidence for your claim.

Step 2: Review Process

  • Our team will evaluate your case against refund criteria to ensure validity and fairness.

Step 3: Refund Arrangement

  • If approved, a refund will be processed either fully or partially, as applicable.

How the refund takes place?

Pre-Refund:

  1. Refund request is processed, reviewed, and confirmed for accuracy.
  2. Align the request with acceptable criteria and valid reference points.
  3. Arrange for refunds where allowed and settle fully or partially, as applicable.

Post-Refund:

  • Sign a confirmation agreement.
  • Unless directed otherwise, delete all copies of shared information and communication that occurred during the process.

Transaction:

The refund could take 7-10 business days to complete after signing the refund agreement. You will receive the refund in the currency you were billed. If your local currency differs, your bank may impose foreign exchange charges, or exchange rate fluctuations could result in a discrepancy between the refunded amount and your initial payment.

Changes
